Description - Scope : Under the new Hospital Square Development Project, the Urban Development Authority (UDA) will provide nearly 25 acres of land to healthcare providers for health service development projects on a long-term lease basis.A 13 acre site has been identified as the first phase of the project. Private hospitals, pharmacies, grocery, private laboratories and private wellness institutions are expected to make room for this project. Lands are released to the private sector on a long-term lease basis.
