The KSS operates two acute st ationary clinics and a health center with acute-facial geriatrics in the Neu-Ulm district. The KSS sponsor is the district of Neu-Ulm, whose organs (district administrator and district council) manage the KSS. The KSS foundation administration is provided to these organs, § 6 of the KSS Articles of Association. One or more foundation directors are ordered for the foundation management. A restructuring of the KSS is currently being examined.After
