Description - Description: This procedure seeks to purchase sanitary material products specific to Sterilization, with the minimum technical specifications in Annex 1 to the Specifications and in the quantities provided for in Annex no. 2 to the Specifications, ba sed on a framework agreement concluded with several economic operators (the bidders ranked in the first 3 places, for each lot), without resuming the competition. If the number of participating economic operators who have submitted admissible offers for a lot is less than 3, the framework agreement will be concluded with all those who have submitted admissible offers.The manner of concluding subsequent contracts will be according to clauses 3.1.3
