Description - Description: Subject of the contract: This concerns the supply of Christmas parcels intended for all persons aged over 75 whose residence is located in the municipality of Limoges. The award procedure used is: the open adapted procedure. It is subjec t to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 2° of the Public Procurement Code.
