The subject of the order is the delivery of a medicinal product containing the active substance: Pixantroni dimaleas, Trifluridinum + Tipiracilum and Pegaspargasum financed under drug and chemotherapy programs. 2. A detailed descripti on and method of order execution are included in the OPZ, which is Annex No. 1-3 to the invitation. 3. The validity period of the subject of the order (usefulness) must be at least 12 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters. 4. The Contractor shall ensure that the medicinal product is labeled in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 20 February 2009 on requirements for medicinal product labeling
