Description - Description: SiS procures staffing services (i.e. staff hiring) within healthcare that must be able to be delivered to all SiS institutions. The procurement aims to ensure patient safety within SiS by meeting the need for staffing of work shifts that regular staff cannot staff for various reasons. SiS institutions must be able to order the staffing services to the extent that SiS institutions need, after signed agreements (exxx  agreement per tender area). The staffing services will refer to short-term staffing as well as long-term staffing. The limit for long-term staffing is when staff must serve more than one working week in the same position. SiS's future orders will thus vary in scope,
