Description - Proposed Development Objectives:The Program Objective. The program objective of the Southern Africa Trade and Transport Facilitation Program is to facilitate the movement of goods and people along the north-south corridor (NSC), whilst supporting imp rovement in the services for Human Immunodeficiency Virus/ Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) and road safety.
