This is NOT a solicitation, The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – St. Paul District is seeking sources and information regarding the acquisition of a towin g vessel to be used on the Upper Mississippi River. The District is interested in procuring a vessel of similar size and power – either purchasing a used vessel, or renting a vessel (to be operated by Government personnel) through the end of the 2024 calendar year.
