Description - Description: The subject of the performance of the public order is the provision of a service consisting in the rental of the delivered medical device - 1 piece of diagnostic-operational microscope, including accessories (hereinafter referred to as " medical equipment" or "ST") for the Clinic of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. The leased ZT will be delivered, including accessories, to the place designated by the client, installed, the necessary tests performed, put into operation, training of the operating personnel and handed over for use according to the protocol. Mandatory inspections and tests, routine repairs and maintenance will be carried out throughout the rental period
