Description - Description: The subject of the procurement is a test kit based on the ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) method for the diagnostics of BP180 antibodies. The test offered must identify BP180 antibodies with sufficient reliability and be suitab le for analysis with the automation equipment based on the ELISA method already in use in our laboratory. The BP180 antibody test is mainly used for the diagnostics of autoimmune blistering diseases of the skin, such as bullous pemphigoid (pemphigoides bullosus) and pemphigoid gestationis (pemphigoides gestationis).
