Description - Description: The object of the acquisition is a test kit based on the ELISA (enzyme-immunosorbent assay) method for the diagnosis of BP180 antibodies. The offered test must identify BP180 antibodies sufficiently reliably, and be suitable for analysis with the automation equipment based on the ELISA method already in use in our laboratory. The BP180 antibody test is mainly used for the diagnosis of autoimmune-based blistering diseases of the skin, such as bullous pemphigoid (pemphigoides bullosus) and pemphigoid of pregnancy (pemphigoides gestationis).
