Description - Description: Asker and Bærum municipality, hereinafter referred to as the client, invites to a competition with negotiation in connection with the conclusion of a contract for "the purchase of coherent and sustainable services using welfare technolo gy and digital home monitoring. Asker and Bærum municipalities collaborate on the procurement process, but will sign independent contracts with supplier.
