Description - Description: The Tulcea County Emergency Hospital intends to purchase a blood gas determination reagent kit compatible for the Gem Premier 5000 Analyzer, necessary for assessing the severity of respiratory failure and determining its cause and for th e interpretation of blood acid-base balance disturbances (acidosis, alkalosis), for assessment of oxygen intake and utilization.
