Description - The Contractor shall:.a. Supply and deliver to the Authority up to 20 wheelchairs and accessories. The wheelchairs shall be delivered to DMRC within 12 weeks of the receipt of a completed prescription.B. Provide the Occupational Therapy Professional Lead Advisor (OT PLA) with a quotation for supplying a suitable wheelchair and pressure cushion within 5 working days of the receiving a completed prescription. The quotation should be itemised. Any queries raised with regards to orders from the Authority should be responded to within 2 working days.c. Deliver, and when requested by DMRC SH OT, set up the wheelchair (including pressure cushion/accessories) at the patient's location within 8 weeks
