Description - Description: The provider will work in partnership with Hartlepool Borough Council (HBC). This is a partnership between HBC and the provider, delivering an integrated substance misuse treatment service. HBC provide both care coordination and Psychoso cial interventions (PSI), alongside the provider who provide clinical and PSI services. The service aims to provide clinical and PSI interventions to support a recovery focused, client centred culture across the system, working alongside other services, service users and their families to empower them to be an active part of their recovery from substance misuse.
