Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation concerns the exercise of a complete project management mission under the MOP Law as part of the rehabilitation of the building known as "NOVICIAT", located on the Providence site in Alençon. This buildin g, built in 1865, has a certain heritage character that should be enhanced. The building is spread over a ground floor level, then two floors with "square" levels, and a third floor partly attic topped with an attic. This building covers a total floor area of approximately 1,240 m². It should be noted that the building is located in a flood zone (PPRI). The Urban Community of Alençon is thus carrying out a project to create a third place
