Description - Home care refers to the set of home care tasks included in section 19 of home care according to the Social Care Act (1301/2014) and section 25 of the Health Care Act (1326/2010).The goal of home care is to support the clients' comprehensive well-bein g and to survive as independently as possible at home, as well as to maintain and improve their physical, psychological and social functioning.Home care is granted to customers in accordance with the service need and decisions.The service provider must have a license from the Regional Administration Office and Valvira.The service to be procured is described in more detail with one (1) service description attached to the request for participation.
