Description - Description: Monmouthshire County Council is seeking to commission an experienced organisation to provide semi-independent supported lodging support to Young People with complex support needs within Monmouthshire.The service will support a maximum of five (5) young people at any one time, who will be aged sixteen (16) to twenty-four (24) and who have varying support needs, some of which will be complex. The Council aims for each young person to step down to other suitable accommodation by the age of eighteen (18) when safe and appropriate to do so.The service will aim to help offer a stable, consistent environment, so that the young people can be encouraged to build their independent skills.
