Description - Scope:Eiffage Construction, as part of a consortium with GroupeHospitalier Nord-Essonne, has secured a €141m contract to design, build and maintain Paris-Saclay hospital.The new 45,000m² medical facility is expected to have a combination of medica l, surgical and obstetric services from the Juvisy, Orsay and Longjumeau hospitals and will have a capacity of 416 beds.Work on the hospital is expected to begin in next summer and it is expected to be completed in late 2023. The teams from the consortium are expected to offer maintenance and servicing of the hospital for five years from the date of opening.
