Description - Description: The municipalities of Lansingerland, Leidschendam-Voorburg, Wassenaar and Zoetermeer have opted for a joint purchase of the products guidance, day care and short-term stay, falling under the Social Support Act 2015 (Wmo 2015). The Boards of the four participating municipalities have decided to jointly purchase these facilities via an Open House procedure, the agreement of which came into effect on 01-01-2024. Every year we open our agreement between 1 February and 1 April, to offer you as a provider the opportunity to register and qualify for an agreement with Toekomst Sociaal Domein.
