Description - Description: Iowa Veterans Home is seeking Iowa Licensed Occupational Therapy Services for our residents in a long term care facility setting based on weekly Provider orders. Services would include an Occupational Therapist for a minimum of 16 hrs/mo nth split up into at least 4 hours weekly care and a Certified Occupational Therapy Aide to assist with facility needs/ongoing therapy under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist for a minimum of 20 hrs/week.
