Description - Description: The NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB) based in Doncaster in partnership with Doncaster City Council are looking to enter a procurement process for to provide suitable and sustainable long term community solutions for four Doncaster patient s who have been identified as requiring specialist community placements.All four patients have a long history of inpatient admissions with the average length of stay being 7 years. Three patients present with autism and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) diagnoses and one with Autism/ADHD.
