Description - Scope : Construction of new nursing home in Moelv. The new building will offer 60 nursing home places. It will also include a day centre, a canteen, sensory gardens and plentiful communal spaces.Furthermore, energy wells would offer cooling and heati ng for the project.The nursing home will have a total usable area of 6,200m2, which will be spread over three storeys.The building is planned to be connected to the Moelv Residential and Activity Centre.
