Description - Scope : Construction of Søndre Borgen Helsehus at Borgen in Asker, Norway. Located to the west of the current health building, the facility will be a new, detached health building for 40 residents situated near the existing health building at Borgen .With total gross area of around 4,700m2, the four-storey building will include exercise room, a therapy room, residents’ room, wardrobe facilities for employees along with many other support function rooms for residents, relatives and employees.An eco-friendly and efficient geothermal heating system will also be installed in the new building.Construction work on the project is scheduled to commence this October with completion planned in Augus
