Description - Scope : The proceeds of a senior secured loan financing will be used to establish four dialysis centers in tashkent city, the republic of karakalpakstan, and khorezm region as part of a public-private partnership (ppp) between nephrocare health servi ces central asia ("nephroplus") and the government of uzbekistan.
