Description - Description: Operating in Monmouth, a twice weekly social club. The funding supports delivering of social activities for older people including those with a mild/moderate mental health issue such as depression, anxiety, dementia. The provision of thi s low-level social support service is a key component in supporting people to be engaged, preventing isolation and loneliness and complements the social care strategic aspirations of the Council.
