Description - Description: The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medical gases for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The specification of deliveries is included in Annex No. 1.1 to this Specification of Terms of Order ("Price Form"). The remaining term s of the order are specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Terms of Order, i.e. "Draft provisions of the agreement", which will be introduced into the content of the agreement / provisions of the agreement (together with annexes regarding the principles of lease as part of the implementation of the subject of the agreement). The agreements within the scope of the resolved packages will be concluded after the completion of this procedure
