Description - Description: Sandnes municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, is preparing to procure parallel framework agreements with up to six (6) tenderers for the rent of temporary residences with drug and alcohol challenges. The contracting a uthority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but estimates that the annual contract value of the contract can be in the range of NOK 6.6 million excluding VAT, based on statistics from the last year. Combined including options, the contract value can be in the range of NOK 26.5 million excluding VAT.
