Description - Description: Initial situationAccording to Article 47 paragraph 2 of the Radiation Protection Ordinance (StSV), the FOPH can carry out market surveillance, including sampling, for the placing on the market and use of radiopharmaceuticals in order to ensure that the requirements of Article 46 of the StSV are met. In the years before 2021, the Institute of Radiophysics (IRA) was commissioned to carry out the necessary laboratory work and clarifications. For each calendar year, the FOPH defined a work program and paid a lump sum compensation. For the period 2021-2024, a framework contract for these services was put out to tender in an open procedure.
