Description - Description: Project management mission for the following operation: The project concerns the Flammarion site built on a plot with an area of 5,983 m² and composed of three buildings: - building G - elementary school (5,209 m²); - building L - former teachers housing (1245 m²); - building M - nursery school (776 m²). The rehabilitation work aims to achieve the following objectives: - bring together the entire school group on the Flammarion site for a capacity of 21 classes (13 in elementary and 8 in nursery); - bring the school canteen up to standard and make it self-catering for elementary schools; - renovate the building from an energy point of view; - deal with accessibility; -
