Description - The overarching goal of the project is to increase drug therapy safety. The goal of the UKH is a closed medication process (Closed Loop of Medication Administration CLMA). The fully electronic CLMA process describes a medication management system tha t makes information and results of individual process steps constantly available and traceable for all professional groups involved in the medication process. The prerequisite is that the medication process is digitally mapped in a uniform system integrated into the electronic patient file and meets all the requirements of the KHZG. The provision of services will begin in Q3 2023 and must be completed by December 31, 2024 at the latest.
