Description - Description: The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework contract for the purchase of the Kendall SCD 700 series compression apparatus cuffs.The descriptions of the products are given in Annex 1.The procurement object also includes th e training of the use of each product offered at the request of the contracting authority.
