Description - Description Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) is looking to establish a single contract with Mind Pembrokeshire in line with a new pilot initiative by Welsh Government and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to provide specialist train ing and employment services for adults with wellbeing and mental health issues called Individual Placement Support.The service will provide key outcomes for the Health Board in terms of supporting peoples recovery and improving their health and wellbeing and increasing their opportunities for sustainable paid employment and training, thus ultimately reducing caseload numbers.Individual Placement Support is highly specialist and delivery partners
