The Indian Health Service (IHS), Hopi Healthcare Center (HHCC) ha s a requirement for leadership and management experts to support and provide on-site mentoring, coaching and training to develop current HHCC C-suite employees. Contractor will create a corrective action plan (CAP) to address findings from the most recent TJC surveys (mock and actual). The plan will describe individual actions required to bring HHCC into compliance with federal and accrediting body requirements for critical access hospitals.
