Description - This contract concerns the acquisition of work clothing and personal protective equipment for the Prevention and Security Department of the City of Saint-Ouen-Sur-Seine. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts. Thi s framework agreement is multi-awardee with a maximum of three awardees per lot. The technical requirements applicable to the services covered by the framework agreement are mentioned in the Specifications of Special Clauses (Ccp). This framework agreement will take effect from its notification date for a period of one (1) year. It is renewable three times by tacit agreement, for a period of one year, without being able to exceed four (4) years.
