Description - Description: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of the drug efgartigimodum alfa to the Ordering Party's headquarters (Krakow, os. Złotej Jesieni 1), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to this Specif ication.2. The expiry date / warranty period of the subject of the order: cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery, and for products for enteral and oral nutrition - not shorter than half the expiry date for a given product.3. In drug and chemotherapy programs, only drugs included on the National Health Fund reimbursement lists are allowed (the price of the drug cannot exceed the financing limit set by the National Health Fund).
