Description - Description: The dynamic purchasing system (DSP) is created for the supply of various types of chemicals and reagents for the needs of "Specialized Hospital for the Active Treatment of Hematological Diseases" EAD (SBALHZ EAD). The quantities indicat ed in the Technical Specification are estimated and do not give rise to obligations for the Employer to assign them in the estimated volume. The actual performance of the public order is determined based on the admission of patients and the forecast of SBALHZ EAD for the chemicals and reagents required by the medical facility. The term of the DSP is 24 (twenty-four) months. The DSP is conducted in two stages.FIRST STAGE OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASING
