Description - Description: National Rail Safety Law requires a rail transport operator to implement a Drug and Alcohol Management Program (DAMP) for rail safety workers. The Procurement is to engage a suitably qualified Contractor to provide a random workplace dru g screening and alcohol testing service across Operational Rail Worksites with the following requirements:- Random alcohol testing and random drug testing (saliva and urine);- Laboratory Service (from NATA accredited laboratory);- Monitoring Drug Screening;- Incident Callout and Show Cause Callout (contractor to have a 24/7 facility to screen for drugs and alcohol, within legislated timeframes); and- Calibration and Maintenance of Self-Testing St
