Description - Description: NAV Øst-Viken, Center for job mastering (hereinafter: Center for job mastering), is an offer in NAV where participants receive job mastering guidance, based on work-oriented cognitive therapy, combined with support to get into or stay i n work. The target group is users with mild to moderate mental health problems as the primary obstacle to work, where the user mainly has no right to or need for clinical treatment in the health service.
