Description - This notice is issued in order to find out whether, differently from the information in possession of this Contracting Authority, other Economic Operators possess the required characteristics and requirements, otherwise the administration will procee d with a negotiated procedure without a tender pursuant to art. 76 paragraph 2 letter b) number 2) of Legislative Decree 36/2023.
