The subject of the order is the supply of a four-chamber chest drainage set, a Y-type connector for chest drainage with drains and chest drainage tubes in the assortment, price, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the offered assortment meets the requirements for medical devices contained in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974) and in the implementing acts issued pursuant to that Act.3 . Medical devices must meet the requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer
