Description - Description: The Department of Virology at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health will acquire an extraction instrument that enables the extraction of DNA and RNA from viruses in various sample materials for further molecular analyses such as PCR a nd sequencing/NGS. The instrument is mainly intended for the extraction of hepatitis viruses, but other viruses will also be relevant.
