The subject of the order is:a) Delivery of vacuum therapy products in the range, price, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ - package 1 and 2. b) Lease of negative pressure wound therapy devices for the UCK Clinics specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - applies to package No. 1.2.
